About
I am a results-driven Merchant and Product Manager with a passion for growth, strategy, and innovation. Over the past decade, I’ve managed multimillion-dollar product categories generating more than $200M in annual sales, leading cross-functional teams to optimize resources, expand partnerships, and deliver measurable results.
With over 10 years of corporate experience in Merchandising and Marketing for brands such as The Home Depot and Cimpress, I bring a strong balance of analytical rigor and creative insight. I began my career in the fashion business and later broadened my expertise in structured corporate environments, refining my skills in strategy, operations, and product execution.
I’m known for my calm, positive leadership style and collaborative spirit. Colleagues have described me as “a highlight of (their) career to work with” - driven, kind, and consistently professional under pressure. I take pride in creating strong relationships that fuel both team culture and bottom-line growth.
Outside of the corporate path, I followed a lifelong dream and became a professional skydiving coach, founding and running my own coaching business while working with two of the largest skydiving companies in the world. I reached the highest certification levels in the sport and built a thriving business that surpassed my corporate income - proving my ability to lead, teach, and succeed in any environment.
Following that chapter, I transitioned into the functional health industry, earning certifications and managing operations for a top functional medicine clinic. This experience deepened my understanding of performance, wellness, and leadership - and reinforced my commitment to excellence in every facet of business.
Today, I bring together all of these experiences - the strategic foundation of corporate management, the entrepreneurial drive of business ownership, and the discipline of coaching - to create growth, structure, and clarity in fast-moving organizations.

Woodbury reported directly to me in the Kitchen & Bath Category at HD Supply. I recruited Woodbury from the Marketing Department because of her clear willingness to take ownership where others would not.
Woodbury is both highly motivated & a quick learner. She is not afraid of taking a leadership position to ensure that her projects are done right, on-time and on-budget. She consistency exceeded expectations and was always willing to roll-up her sleeves to get the job done. She worked directly with vendors to build category plans, execute RFPs and analyze her product categories for growth opportunities.
